That makes it difficult to get a clear picture of where you stand, and that's the gap we want to close.
We show you what the published rules mean for your numbers, and we do not make the decisions for you. We work from the current pay circulars and regulations: NHS Employers, the NHS Business Services Authority, the DDRB and HMRC. We do not give financial advice or make the decisions for you: the tools are there for you to use on your own numbers.
